Abbey Farm Cottage in Ormskirk was a perfect choice for our family gathering. As we walked into the spacious house, we were greeted by a friendly welcome from the hosts, who showed us around the spotlessly clean rooms and explained all the amenities, including the fantastic hot tub in the garden. It was a real treat for both the adults and kids in our group. One of the highlights of our stay was the lovely countryside walks right from the house, which we thoroughly enjoyed exploring with our dog. the secure back garden was also a great feature, giving us peace of mind while the kids played outside. Although we planned to stay longer, our time at Abbey Farm Cottage was cut short due to unforeseen circumstances. Despite this, the hosts were understanding and accommodating, ensuring that our brief stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this property for a family-friendly getaway near Ormskirk. the nearest airport, located 43 km away, made our travel to and from the cottage convenient and hassle-free.
